Registration
is now open for the 2008 49ers Youth Football Camp. The camp is
hosted at the 49ers Headquarters in Santa Clara and is designed
to teach kids the importance of respect, teamwork, goal-setting
and how to live a healthy lifestyle in a fun, safe and educational
environment.
The
camp is three days and teaches youth the fundamentals of football,
including all positions on offense and defense, as well as life
skills. The camp is designed to improve a players beginning,
intermediate or advanced skill level and will be held on July 11,
12 and 13 from 10:30 a.m. 3:30 p.m. Boys and girls, ages
7-14, are eligible for participation. Current and former 49ers players
will participate in the camp.
The
cost to register is $229 prior to May 2nd & $249 May 3rd
July 4th and includes three days of instruction, a camp t-shirt,
lunches, a 49ers gift bag and two tickets to a 49ers preseason game.
Participants will be grouped based on age and skill level.
